GigaBlox Rugged USA is a very small ethernet switch that fits four 10/100/1000Mbps copper ethernet ports in an ultra-compact 50mm x 55mm form factor. GigaBlox Rugged USA is designed to be a more rugged and more capable upgrade to our GigaBlox product and is designed for space, weight and price-sensitive (SWaP) industrial, mobile and military applications.

GigaBlox Rugged USA is the same design as our GigaBlox Rugged board, but fully made in the USA, by BotBlox at our new PCB lab in New York!

This board is the second of our boards to be fully onshored to the USA. This allows engineers to achieve made in USA and NDAA compliant systems with no extra work.

• The boards are manufactured in the USA.
• The active chips are sourced from either Digi-Key, Mouser, or directly from our US or European distributors
• The passive chips are sourced only from Digi-Key or Mouser
• All passive components are sourced from Digi-Key or Mouser
  
• The boards are assembled, soldered, programmed and tested entirely by us, BotBlox, in our new PCBA facility in New York.

We are able to provide full Certificate of Conformities, Bill of Materials and Traceability statements and even video proof of batch manufacture, since we now manufacture this board ourselves!. Please note, there is no design difference between this board, and our standard GigaBlox Rugged. BlueUAS Compliance

This hardware is fully NDAA, TAA and "made in USA" compliant and can be used to build BlueUAS compliant UAS systems. Read more about this here.
