Josh Elijah MEng CEng MIET 

Founder and CEO

Josh holds a master’s degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Manchester and has a wide experience in embedded systems starting as a consultant before founding BotBlox. He oversees operations including product development and supply chain management.

Matt Elijah BEng 

Logistics Manager

Matt holds a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Salford and has experience in power electronics and high voltage drives. He manages the shipping, customs and general logistics of the business, ensuring that shipments are made smoothly and efficiently.

Aaron Elijah MPhys 

CTO

Aaron holds a master’s degree in Physics from the University of Edinburgh and has experience in full-stack software development. He is responsible for the software and firmware BotBlox products, as well as managing the backend of the BotBlox website.

Jaclyn Li MA

Operations Manager

Jaclyn holds a master's degree in Translation Studies from the University of Durham and has experience in sales, project management and cross-cultural communication. She manages sales, customer service, and suppliers to ensure the BotBlox operation runs smoothly.

Peter Jones Bsc 

Informal Advisor

Peter is a Distinguished Engineer in the Cisco Networking Hardware team. He chairs the Ethernet Alliance and is an active contributor to multiple IEEE 802 standards. He is a frequent public speaker, and has been recognized as a Cisco Live Distinguished Speaker.

Nick Anderson Bsc 

Informal Advisor

Nick holds a bachelors degree in Aerospace Engineering and has worked across the UAV industry for the past 15 years. Nick has deep expertise in supporting both aircraft development, flight critical avionics, mission payloads and everything in-between.
