Automotive/Single Pair Ethernet
Our automotive boards exclusively support Single Pair Ethernet (SPE), providing the ethernet networking but on a single pair of wires, rather than 4 wires (for 10/100BASE-T) or 8 wires (1G/10GBASE-T. This means less weight due to wiring, smaller internal volumes and a simpler cabling architecture.
