Puck Pro
BotBloxPuck Pro – The Highest Density Embedded Ethernet Router ever built
Built for Embedded Networking
Puck Pro is a high-density embedded Ethernet router engineered for Size, Weight, and Power (SWaP) constrained systems. Delivering 16x 1G + 3x 10G ports in an ultra-compact form factor, it brings enterprise-grade networking into environments where traditional switches cannot operate.
Designed from the ground up for embedded networking applications, including UAVs, robotics, vehicles, and edge systems, Puck Pro enables maximum connectivity per cubic cm without compromising performance or ruggedness.
Edge networking is bulky, power hungry, and expensive. No more.
Ultra High Bandwidth, Ultra Low SWaP
Traditional switches are rack-mounted, bulky, or industrial retrofits
Puck Pro squeezes 19 ports (16 x 1GBASE + 3 x 10GBASE-T) ethernet ports into a 70mm x 55mm x 39mm form factor.
That's an aggregate of 46,000 Mbps in a 150cc form factor, a "bandwidth density" of 306Mbps per cc, beating even the industry's most compact solutions (which don't even come close, at 46Mbps per cc).
With this level of density, modern unmanned systems can achieve data flows previously unachievable.

SWaP-Optimized Networking
Puck Pro provides 19 x 1G/10G ethernet ports on Micro D (MIL-DTL-83513) connectors, giving an ideal compromise between ruggedness and size. The pinout and connector used on Puck Pro is compatible with Puck Mini, for easy upgrade and interoperability.
The lightweight but rugged 7075 Aluminum chassis provides heatsinking and IP67 protection while minimizing weight. This allows Puck Pro to operate in zero air flow environments.
A Full Network Stack
Puck Pro embeds a compute system that runs OpenWRT for full layer 3 network routing and management. The internal software can also be modified to run nearly any operating system, for full system flexibility.
Puck Pro vs The Market

A Design for Mobile Applications
BotBlox products are designed for use in mobile applications like drones and vehicles, that demand ultra low size and weight without sacrificing ruggedness or functionality. BotBlox specialises in crafting the smallest networking solutions on the market, that are also fully MIL-STD-810H tested and run management for intelligent networking at the edge.
